Je m’appelle Laura Baranger, je suis \u00e9ducatrice sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e dipl\u00f4m\u00e9e d’\u00c9tat et certifi\u00e9e dans l’accompagnement des personnes pr\u00e9sentant des troubles du spectre de l’autisme. J\u2019ai 8 ann\u00e9es d\u2019exp\u00e9rience dans le domaine social et m\u00e9dico-social, notamment au sein d\u2019\u00e9tablissements accompagnant des personnes pr\u00e9sentant des d\u00e9ficiences intellectuelles, des troubles du neurod\u00e9veloppement, psychiatriques et du comportement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sur la base de ces exp\u00e9riences, j’ai fait le choix d’exercer mon m\u00e9tier en tant qu\u2019ind\u00e9pendante pour proposer un accompagnement individualis\u00e9 r\u00e9ellement adapt\u00e9 aux besoins de l\u2019enfant et de sa famille.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Pourquoi le choix de l’ind\u00e9pendance ?<\/h5>\n\n\n\n

Au fil de mes exp\u00e9riences, j\u2019ai pu constater de nombreuses difficult\u00e9s dans la prise en charge des personnes TSA (manque de places, listes d\u2019attente qui s\u2019allongent, difficult\u00e9s d\u2019accompagnement sans diagnostic, peu de diagnostics et d’accompagnements avant 6 ans, enfants laiss\u00e9s sans solutions, accompagnements collectifs peu personnalis\u00e9s\u2026).\u00a0
En recherche de solutions et souhaitant, proposer un accompagnement individuel et en co-construction avec les personnes, leur famille et les partenaires, j\u2019ai r\u00e9alis\u00e9 qu\u2019une prise en charge sous la forme du lib\u00e9ral \u00e9tait possible et adapt\u00e9e. Elle permettrait \u00e9galement de laisser place \u00e0 mes valeurs et ma cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 que j’ai \u00e0 c\u0153ur de mettre davantage \u00e0 profit dans mes accompagnements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
